She was a professor of International Law at USP, professor of Space Law at ITA and in Law of the Sea at the Scandinavian Institute of Maritime Law at the University of Oslo in Norway.

Petrônio N. de Souza


Graduated in Mechanical Engineering and Senior Technologist III from INPE. Experience in Aerospace Engineering, with an emphasis on satellites and other aerospace devices, working mainly on attitude control, structures and mechanisms, systems engineering and project management. He held the position of head of the Integration and Testing Laboratory (LIT) at INPE, and the position of Director in the Directorate of Space Policy and Strategic Investments (DPEI) at AEB. He works in the Planning, Budget and Evaluation Coordination of INPE (COPOA), as Academic Director of the International Academy of Space Studies (IASS).

Director of Entrepreneurship at the International Academy of Space Studies. Lawyer and Businesswoman with over 10 years of experience in the space sector. Postgraduate in International Law and International Trade from the University of Lisbon, Portugal; Public International Law from The Hague Academy, Netherlands and a Master's degree in Air and Space Law from the International Institute of Air and Space Law, Leiden University, Netherlands and completed the prestigious space studies program at the International University of Space (ISU). Member of Women in Aerospace in Europe and the International Institute of Space Law (IISL)

Lawyer working in the area of national and international aeronautical law. Teacher, private pilot, researcher and columnist. Specialist in Civil Law from the University Center of Goiás and Master's student in Aerospace Sciences from the University of the Air Force - UNIFA. He deepened his knowledge in aeronautical and space law at the Aerospace Technological Institute, ITA and in Politics and Strategy at ADESG-GO.
